  • 113 g (1 stick OR 8 tbsp) Butter, 1 stick, unsalted
  • 125 g (1 cup) All-Purpose Flour
  • 200 g (1 cup) Granulated Sugar, for cobbler batter
  • 7 g (1½ tsp) Baking Powder
  • 2 g (¼ tsp) Table Salt
  • 123 g (½ cup) Milk
  • 4 g (1 tsp) Vanilla Extract
