  • 325 g (1 cup 6 tbsp) Water, warm (110°F)
  • 30 g (2 tbsp ¾ tsp) Olive Oil
  • 10 g (2½ tsp) Granulated Sugar
  • 10 g (1 tbsp ½ tsp) Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt
  • 7 g (2¼ tsp) Active Dry Yeast, 1 packet

    In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let stand for until foamy.
