  • 61 g (¼ cup) Buttermilk
  • 38 g (2 tbsp 1½ tsp) Lemon Juice
  • 11 g (1 tbsp 1½ tsp) White Vinegar
  • 3 g (½ tsp) Table Salt
  • 0 g (¼ tsp) Black Pepper (ground)

    Be sure cabbage and carrots are chopped up into very fine pieces (about the size of rice).
