  • 227 g (1 cup) Peanut Butter, 250g
  • 110 g (½ cup) Brown Sugar (packed), 100g, lightly packed
  • 100 g (½ cup) Granulated Sugar, 100g
  • 4 g (1 tsp) Vanilla Extract, 5mL
  • 50 g (1 Egg) Eggs, large, room temp
  • 4 g (¾ tsp) Baking Powder, 3g

    Sift flour and baking powder together then whisk to combine.

    Cream butter and sugars in a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. You can add an optional 1/4-1/2 tsp sea salt.
