  • 50 g (1 Egg) Eggs, room temperature
  • 20 g (1 tbsp 1½ tsp) Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 41 g (3 tbsp) Vegetable Oil
  • 250 g (2 cups) All-Purpose Flour
  • 5 g (1 tsp) Baking Powder
  • 2 g (½ tsp) Baking Soda
  • 1 g (¼ tsp) Sea Salt (fine)
  • 66 g (¼ cup) Granulated Sugar, for rolling cookies
